TERMS AND CONDITIONS — 

 

By scheduling or receiving services from KleanTec, the client agrees to the following terms:

    1.    Scope of Services

Services provided are cosmetic detailing only unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing. We do not perform mechanical, electrical, or diagnostic repairs.

    2.    Pre-Existing Conditions

 KleanTec is not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, warning lights, or failures that occur before, during, or after service that are unrelated to the work performed. This includes but is not limited to check engine lights, electrical faults, battery issues, or component failures.

    3.    Mechanical and Electrical Liability

We do not assume responsibility for mechanical or electrical malfunctions, including warning lights or system faults. 

    4.    Vehicle Movement

Client authorizes KleanTec to move the vehicle as necessary for service, including short drives within or around the service area. We are not liable for mechanical issues that arise during normal vehicle movement.

    5.    Engine Bay Cleaning (If Applicable)

If engine bay cleaning is requested, client acknowledges the inherent risk of working around sensitive components. While all care is taken, KleanTec is not responsible for failures related to aged, worn, or sensitive components.

    6.    Personal Belongings

Please remove all personal items prior to service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal property left in the vehicle.

    7.    Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. Deposits may be required and may be non-refundable depending on scheduling commitments.

    

    8. Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. Under no circumstances shall KleanTec be liable for con sequential damages.

    9. Acceptance of Terms

Scheduling or accepting services constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
